Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen is one of the last traditional lambic breweries and geuze blenders in Belgium. Their beer ‘Oude Geuze’ is a complex Geuze. A beer with pungent, fruity aromas of apple and vanilla and nice wood flavours. Combine this beer with salads, chicken and poultry, whitefish, oily fish and young and creamy cheeses.
