Evolving from a Trappist abbey to dairy and later brewery, Brouwerij St. Bernardus has a longstanding relationship with the monks of Westvleteren. So close that the used to brew their beer for them. Today the brewery soley brews their own beer and is known the world over for maintaining a incredibly high quality.
