Founded in Queens, NYC in 2012 by long term homebrewer and music lover, Rich Buceta. The berwery's focus is to create original hop driven beers, while paying respect to the pioneers of West Coast ales. "Mastery Knows No Shortcut" is SingleCut's mission statement, written by Bruceta. “It boils down to always demanding greatness, never compromising, and always play it at maximum volume.”
