Plan Bee Barn Beer

Brewed with all NY ingredients, coolship cooled and fermented with a mixed yeast cultivated from honey combs. The nose is bright lime and yuzu fruit with a light baryard note. Additional aromas include oak, pine and a touch of brine. Tart in flavour with notes of lime juice and golden kiwifruit. Light bodied, medium carbonation, low to no bitter and a little tannic in the finish.
