Pouring a brilliant orange, Citra pops with notes of grapefruit peel and ripe mango. Simcoe adds layers of dank pine resin sitting atop sweet stone fruit while Vista hops swim with aromas of honeydew melon and tangerine juice!

We’ve made a heck of a lot of beer, on the same system with a lot of the same people, for eight years now. Our warehouse resembles a small city, with its can pallets stacked to the ceiling like skyscrapers. Your favorite beers have earned themselves proper printed cans, joining the towering rows of orange, purple and green. By the time we reach our next landmark, beers that are just a twinkle in our eye will surely have joined their ranks as well. We approach each new batch with a beginner’s mind with the belief that we can improve every beer we make. Day after day, and year after year, a series of subtle enhancements can result in incredible progress. This mindset has enabled us to evolve and grow the quality of our beers over time.
