Tree House Brewing Co. No Citra, No Problem

There were only two stipulations—single IPA, and no Citra. In preparation for this hop bomb, we started with a fortified grist, creating mellow notes of honeycomb and caramel. With Citra out of the mix, we jam-packed this beer with a slew of unsung heroes, all selected by hand. The aromas were so striking we gave the hops an encore, altered our cellar procedure, and dry hopped it twice. No Citra, No Problem pours a vibrant orange, with lip-smacking notes of sticky mango, dank papaya, and citrus peel. As the beer opens up, the amplified hop charge evolves into bright melon aromas, peach, and a hint of bubblegum.
