Any good inside joke that stands the test of time has to be a bit flexible. The Double IPA you are holding right now is our newest riff on our breakfast-themed beers: Waffleberry. Brewed with Grade-A maple syrup, a deliciously chewy malt bill, and strawberry purée, this beer is fit for a classic diner. Pouring a cloudy orange, Citra hops creates base notes of fresh-squeezed OJ and bright grapefruit juice. Huell Melon then brings aromas of red currants while Barbe Rouge carries succulent notes of strawberry jam and raspberry syrup. Sweet maple and fresh strawberries collide and encapsulate the spirit of a rich and fulfilling carbohydrate-heavy breakfast, replete with fresh compote on top
