New York State’s brewery of the Year for the second year in a row, Grimm Artisanal Ales is now one of the big players when it comes to: who makes the best beer in New York.
After a few years of nomadic brewing, they installed themselves in 2018 in Brooklyn to brew some of New York’s finest IPAs, Stouts and Sours.
Their brewing process is plural, challenging boundaries and experimenting with anything they can, while respecting traditions - and being respected by the traditionals -.
Grimm Artisanal Ales was founded by two artists, and it shows. Their brewing process, as well as their implantation in Brooklyn and in their community is always showing some of the most creative ideas in the current beer world.
